For Rent We provide all of the advertising at no charge. Your property will be advertised in the nearest newspaper in the area, and listed under the MLS with our best real estate representatives, and included a professional sign in the front yard.



Screening you future Tenant’s

Screening is a must.   that is why we require rental history, employment verification, and a criminal background/ credit check . Applicants must provide proof of income such as 2 of the latest  check stubs of employment. Once all the information is gathered, we will determine if the person is qualified for your property.

The owner/ investor will be notified, and  will have the option to approve or disapprove.
